MOFFAT BEACH ON YOUR DOORSTEP

When you stay at
Norfolks

It took longer than anyone expected, but the Moffat Beach seawall has been rebuilt to give the foreshore better protection from the ocean, and it's turned out beautifully.

So what's new:

  • A new sandstone wall made for sitting. Sunrise coffees and sunset beers have a new front row

  • New pathways and landscaping along the foreshore

  • Showers for the post-surf rinse

  • New stairs to the beach, with easy access from Norfolks

Opposite the Beach. Seriously.

  • Norfolks sits directly opposite Moffat Beach. Walk out the door, cross the park and the grass, take the new stairs, and your feet are in the sand. No car, no carpark, no planning.

Why October Is the Perfect Time to Be Here

  • Surf and sand. A proper surf break, warming water and long, golden evenings.

  • Walk the headland. The headland track gives you ocean views the whole way.

  • The café strip. Coffee, brunch, fish and chips and a sundowner, all an easy stroll away.

  • The park. Plenty of room for the kids to run, with the beach on the other side.

  • Tooway Creek. Calm, shallow water for a gentle dip.

  • Heated pool and spa. For the days Spring can't make up its mind.

Explore From Your Doorstep

  • Dicky Beach is just up the coast, and the coastal pathways run both ways:

  • South to Golden Beach and Pelican Waters

  • North past Dicky Beach and Currimundi to Bokarina Beach and Point Cartwright

  • Sugar Bag Road is close by too, with a pump track and mountain bike trails.
